How do I place an order with Apache Pizza?
Placing an order with apachepizza is simple. Browse our full menu at menu.html, add your chosen items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. You can also call us directly on +353 1 531 2500 to place a telephone order. For corporate catering or large group orders, please use our contact form.
Can I customise my pizza toppings?
Absolutely! Apache Pizza is all about personalisation. When ordering online you can choose your base, sauce, cheese, and pile on your favourite toppings from our extensive list. Extra toppings are available at a small additional charge. Just use the customiser on each pizza's product page.
Is there a minimum order value for delivery?
Yes, we have a minimum order value of €12.00 for delivery. There is no minimum for collection orders. Delivery charges may vary by zone — these are clearly displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.
Can I schedule an order in advance?
Yes! Apache Pizza accepts pre-orders up to 24 hours in advance. Simply select your preferred date and time at checkout. This is especially handy for party orders or corporate catering. For orders serving more than 10 people, please contact us at [email protected] at least 48 hours ahead.

What areas does Apache Pizza deliver to?
We currently deliver across Sandyford, Dundrum, Leopardstown, Stepaside, Ballinteer, Kilternan and surrounding south Dublin areas. Enter your Eircode at checkout to confirm delivery availability in real time. For the full delivery zone map visit our Delivery page.
How long does delivery usually take?
Our average delivery time is 25–35 minutes from order confirmation. During busy periods (Friday/Saturday evenings) this may extend to 45–50 minutes. You will receive an SMS update when your order is on its way. Collection orders are typically ready in 15–20 minutes.
Can I track my delivery order?
Yes! Once your order is confirmed you'll receive a tracking link via SMS. You can follow your driver's progress in real time on our order tracking page. If you haven't received your tracking link within 5 minutes of ordering, please check your spam folder or call us on +353 1 531 2500.
What happens if my order arrives late or incorrect?
We're sorry if your experience fell short. If your order arrives significantly late or there is a mistake with your items, please contact us immediately via:

We accept a wide range of payment methods for your convenience:

How do I cancel or modify my order?
Orders can be cancelled or modified within 5 minutes of being placed, before preparation begins in the kitchen. To cancel or amend your order, call us immediately on +353 1 531 2500 — phone is the fastest route. Once preparation has started we are unable to make changes, but if there is an issue with your received order please see our Refund Policy for resolution options.
Do you have a loyalty rewards programme?
Yes! Apache Pizza Rewards lets you earn points on every order placed through our website or app. Collect 10 points per €1 spent. Redeem 500 points for €5 off your next order. Create a free account at checkout to start earning today. Existing apachepizza customers can log in and points are applied automatically to all qualifying past orders within the previous 30 days.
